A Career Development Hub For High School Students.

Who Are We?

CareerMasters in a Cayman Islands registered NPO with the strategic objective of closing gaps and connecting opportunities between High School, Tertiary Education, and pre-careers.

Our mission is to empower students between the ages of 15 to 18, guiding them toward pre-career opportunities through a year-long program of tailored mentorship and formal programming. CareerMasters recognizes the need in the youth community for change and career empowerment. Our program fully supports the pre-career development of students between the ages of 15 and 18 toward career opportunities through tailored mentorship and formal programming.

CareerMasters aims to craft achievable career objectives while focusing on structured individual learning, team-based projects, and the opportunity for mentorship and work experience.

Our goal is to prepare students for placements in early careers, such as work experience, scholarships, internships, long- or short-term workplace opportunities, and entry-level positions.
